At Rainbow Butterflies, we collaborate with all participants to create a person-centred support/care plan that recognises and focuses on their strengths and enables them to achieve their dreams and goals. Our Individual & Core Support services are targeted at helping children and young adults with disabilities live independent and autonomous lives. We tailor our services to best cater to the unique requirements of each individual.
Our services include –
- Offering assistance with everyday activities, such as personal care, household tasks, and transportation.
- Dail assistance with meal planning, preparation and intake.
- Organising capacity-building sessions to help with skill development.
- Assistance with community participation.
- Offering the support required to achieve their short and long-term goals.
- Providing educational support they need to promote their learning after school.
- Encouraging involvement in recreational activities like art, music, or local sports to enhance physical and emotional well-being.
For us, the participants come at the core of our service delivery. While we practise equality and inclusivity, we tailor our services to best meet the needs and interests of each child.
